Understanding your different types of clients in delivery

During delivery, you serve very different clients depending on the time, day, and zone. Understanding these segments allows you to adapt your menu, prices, and promotions.

The customer “lunch break” (11:30 AM - 2:00 PM, weekdays): he wants a complete, balanced, and quick meal. He often orders alone with a budget of 12-18 EUR. The lunchtime sets are made for him.

The client “quiet evening” (6pm-9pm, weekdays): it’s often a couple or a small family. The basket is higher (25-40 EUR), they are looking for a hearty and comforting meal.

The client “festive weekend” (Friday and Saturday evening): he orders for a group, is looking for dishes to share, and is less price-sensitive. He is your most profitable client.

The customer “Sunday comfort” (Sunday lunch and dinner): they are looking for comfort food, hearty dishes, and desserts. The average Sunday basket is often the highest of the week.

Adapt your menu and promotions to each segment: quick lunch during the week, family menu on weekends, brunch offer on Sunday mornings. Each segment has specific needs.
