Create a dedicated category in your menu: “Group Offers” or “Platters & Packages”. Offer options for 4, 6, 8, and 10 people with pre-composed menus.

Sandwich platters are the best-selling item for catering deliveries: 8-10 sandwiches vary for 40-60 EUR. The food cost is 30-35% and preparation is simple and quick.

“Breakfast meetings” (pastries, juice, coffee for 8 people at 45-55 EUR) are very popular on weekday mornings. It’s a specific time slot with little competition.

Please allow a longer lead time for catering orders (45-60 minutes instead of 15-20). Configure the times accordingly on the platforms.

Announce this offer: a flyer with each individual order mentioning “Need a platter for your next meeting? Order our group offer at [platform].”
