On delivery, your reputation is summarized by a single number: your rating. Customers don’t know you personally, they haven’t visited your restaurant. Everything rests on this score and the reviews that accompany it.

Phase 1 (Months 1-2): Accumulate reviews. Focus on the impeccable quality of each order. The first reviews have a disproportionate impact on your rating. 10 5-star reviews create a solid foundation.

Phase 2 (Months 3-4): Build coherence. Respond to every review, adjust your menu based on feedback, and stabilize your processes. Regularity is more important than punctual perfection.

Phase 3 (Months 5-6): Develop your presence beyond platforms. Google Business, Instagram, TikTok. Clients who discover you on social networks and find you on the platforms are your best ambassadors.

Google reviews are just as important as reviews on other platforms. When a customer searches for “restaurant delivery [your neighborhood]”, Google displays the listings with reviews. Maintain your Google Business profile.

Responding to negative reviews is your best advertisement. A negative review with a professional and empathetic response reassures prospective customers more than a simple positive review.

Set a goal: achieve 100 reviews with a rating above 4.3 in 6 months. This is the threshold beyond which your reputation is strong enough to attract clients organically.
