Error 1: The sauce in the same container as the dish. Result: a dish is soggy and inedible. Solution: always separate sauces in small, sealed jars.
Error 2: Fries in an airtight container without ventilation. Humidity turns your crispy fries into soggy fries. Solution: containers with ventilation holes.
Error 3: The thin paper bag tears with the first impact. Solution: Invest in sturdy bags (reinforced kraft) that can support the weight.
Error 4: No identification on the containers. The delivery person doesn’t know which container corresponds to which order. Solution: stickers with the order number and the contents.
Error 5: Random stacking in the bag. Heavy dishes crush light dishes. Solution: Heavy dishes at the bottom, desserts and salads at the top, beverages separated.
