The “unboxing” (the moment of unboxing) is the only physical moment the customer shares with your restaurant. It’s at this instant that their impression is formed and that their rating is decided.

The first visual contact is the bag. A clean bag, with your logo, securely closed with a security sticker, saying “professional” before the client even opens it.

The opening of the bag should be logical: cold items at the bottom (stable), hot items on top (easy access), and beverages separated (to avoid spills).

Containers must be clean on the outside. Sauce drips on the lid, greasy fingerprints, or stained containers give the impression of carelessness, even if the dish is excellent.

Thank you is the cherry on top. Placed prominently in the bag (not at the bottom under the containers), it humanizes the experience and encourages positive reviews.

The ultimate test: order at home and film your own unboxing. Watch the video as if you were a customer. Every detail that bothers you should be corrected.
