Use the data to optimize your delivery area

Delivery 5 min de lecture 20 septembre 2025

The delivery radius is not an arbitrary choice. Your past order data precisely indicates where your customers are and what the optimal distance is.

On the Uber Eats dashboard, analyze the geographical distribution of your orders. Identify the areas that generate the most volume and those where reviews are the lowest (often the most distant).

The distance-satisfaction correlation is direct: beyond 4 km, customer satisfaction decreases by an average of 0.3 points. This degradation is due to transportation time and loss of quality.

Calculate your “profitable radius”: the maximum distance you can deliver while maintaining a rating above 4.3 and a delivery time below 30 minutes.

Dead zones (little orders despite coverage) do not warrant being covered. Focus your zone on active neighborhoods to improve your delivery times and quality.

Review your quarterly range. Ordering habits evolve with the seasons, weekdays, and local events.
