The flavor signature: develop a dish or unique element that is only found at your establishment. A homemade sauce, a special bread, an exclusive dessert. The customer who wants that specific taste doesn’t have an alternative.
Brand identity in the bag: logo, colors, personalized word. Each order is an opportunity to strengthen your brand image. The customer must associate gustatory pleasure and visual identity.
Migrating to your own channels: insert a QR code or flyer into the bag that redirects to your own ordering website or Instagram. Once the customer is on your channel, you’ll regain the relationship.
Quality drives word-of-mouth. A satisfied customer recommends your restaurant to 2-3 people. It’s the most organic and least expensive form of customer loyalty.
