Acquisition : 2.5 working days per month of active employment (equivalent to 30 days/5 weeks per year).
Duration of leave: The employer determines the dates (in consultation). It must grant at least 12 consecutive days (2 weeks) between May 1st and October 31st (summer period).
Annual closure: The employer can impose leave if the restaurant closes (e.g., 3 weeks in August).
Tally: Count from the first day the employee should have worked until the day before the resumption. Working days (Monday to Saturday) are counted, even if the employee does not work on Saturday.
Unpaid leave: They are not lost if they are due to the employer. They must be paid at the end of the contract (Compensatory Leave Pay).
