Trial period: duration, renewal and termination

Permanent Contract (CDI) - Employees: 2 months. Supervisors: 3 months. Managers: 4 months.

Renewal: Possible once if provided in the contract AND extended branch agreement. The total duration cannot exceed 4/6/8 months. Written consent from the employee must be obtained before the end of the initial period.

Break: Free (without reason) but a notice period must be respected (24-48 hours initially, up to 1 month after 3 months of presence).

If you break the trial period for economic or discriminatory reasons (e.g., pregnancy), it is abusive.
