SIR: For high-risk positions. Rare in classic restaurants.
Mandatory return visit after maternity leave or sick leave exceeding 30 days (or work accident).
Cost: It’s an annual contribution per employee, paid by the employer.
The fitness-for-duty statement: If the doctor declares the employee unfit (e.g., wheat allergy, back pain), the employer must attempt to reclassify or terminate them.
