Professional Liability Insurance (Professional Indemnity Insurance) is essential. It covers damages caused to third parties (a sick client after a meal, a client who slips on the floor, a server spilling wine on a fur coat).

Professional Multi-Risk Insurance covers your premises and property: fire, water damage, theft, vandalism. Please carefully check the insured values (stock + equipment).

The “Loss of Earnings” option is crucial. In the event of a disaster (kitchen fire) that forces you to close for 3 months, it compensates for the gross margin loss and pays your fixed costs. Without it, a disaster often means bankruptcy.

Machine breakdown insurance covers the repair or replacement of your equipment (oven, refrigerator) in the event of an accidental or electrical failure. Useful if you have expensive equipment that is out of warranty.

Legal protection can cover lawyer fees in the event of a dispute with an employee, a supplier, or the administration.
