Human at the center. Talk about your producers, your chef, your servers. Put faces on the dishes. Humans connect with humans.
The authenticity of the rafts. Telling (with humor) a failure or difficulty makes your brand likable and real. Perfection is boring.
Your voice tone. Are you funny and quirky? Serious and gastronomic? Warm and family-oriented? Define your editorial line and stick to it across all channels.
Consistency. Your story should be found in the plate, in the decor, in the servers’ attire, and in your Instagram posts.
