Servers robots: a gadget or real help?

They do not replace the server for order taking or advice.

Their real utility: The port charger (Runner). They bring the heavy dishes (4-5 plates) from the kitchen to the server station, and return the dirty dishes to the sink.

Health at work: They save miles of walking and the backs of servers.

Attraction: Children (and adults) love it. They sing “Happy Birthday.” It’s viral marketing.

Cost: Approximately €10-15 per day for rental. Cheaper than a human runner, but doesn’t clear the table.
