Complete EVERYTHING: hours (including holidays), attributes (terrace, wifi, accessible access), menu, reservation link. A complete sheet provides better results.
Add photos regularly. Google likes fresh content. Add a photo of food or ambiance each week. Listings with +100 photos have 5x more calls.
Respond to reviews. To ALL reviews. The positive ones (to thank and retain customers) and the negative ones (to show that you are listening and professional). Use keywords in your responses (“Thank you for loving our homemade burger…”).
Use “Google Posts” to announce your events, new dishes or promotions. It’s free and it appears directly in search results.
