Google Business is the first thing a customer sees when searching for “restaurant delivery near me”. Your listing must be complete, up-to-date, and optimized.

Basic information: exact name, address, phone number, opening hours (including delivery hours). Incorrect or incomplete information discourages customers.

Description: 750 characters maximum. Include your keywords: type of cuisine, delivery, delivery zone, platforms available. “Italian restaurant in Lyon – Uber Eats and Deliveroo delivery – homemade pizza, pasta, risotto.”

Photos: Add 10 to 15 high-quality photos (dishes, cuisine, team). Itineraries with photos receive 42% more requests and 35% more clicks.

Google reviews are as important as platform reviews. Encourage your customers to leave a Google review by adding a QR code in your bag that points to your listing.

Google posts allow you to publish news, promotions, and events directly on your business profile. Post once a week to keep the profile active.
