The Single Risk Assessment Document lists all potential hazards for your employees.
Physical hazards: Slippery ground (fall), knives (cut), oven (burn), heavy lifting (back).
Psychosocial risks: Gunshot stress, irregular hours, harassment, aggression by a client.
For each risk, you must plan a preventative action. Ex: Slippery ground -> Non-slip safety shoes provided (PPE).
It must be updated annually. The absence of a DUERP is subject to a fine of €1500, but above all, in the event of a work accident, it is the employer’s “gross negligence” that is attributed.
