It is prohibited to film employees continuously at their workstations (except for cashiers handling money), restrooms, changing rooms, and break areas.

Sign visible “Video surveillance establishment” + Information to employees (collective bargaining agreement or service notice).

Declaration: At the Prefecture (if public location is open). CNIL (if digital registration, but simplified regime now).

Image retention: Maximum 1 month. Restricted access to the director/security manager.
