In restoration (HCR), Sunday work is considered “normal” because the activity requires it.
There is no mandatory premium pay for Sunday work in HCR, unlike other sectors.
However, check your employment contract or collective bargaining agreements. Some employers offer a Sunday bonus to attract candidates.
The compensation is weekly rest which must be given on another day.
