A command aggregator has become an essential tool for any restaurant present on delivery platforms. Receiving Uber Eats orders on one tablet, Deliveroo orders on another, and Just Eat orders on a third is an operational nightmare.
The aggregator centralizes all of these orders onto a single screen, a single printer, and ideally injects them directly into your POS. But not all aggregators are created equal.
Otter (tryotter.com): the American giant of CloudKitchens. Advantages: Integrated POS, kiosks, large customer base (275,000+). Points to consider: 24-month commitment, transaction fees according to the plan, data hosted in the USA.
RushHour (rushour.io): a rapidly growing Parisian startup. Advantages: French support, Boost’R concierge service, notable clients (Subway, KFC). Points to consider: pricing on quote, no integrated POS, no dispute management.
Keytchens (keytchens.com): the specialist in disputes. Initially in 2018, Keytchens innovated with photo evidence for disputes. However, the platform hasn’t evolved much since then. Points to consider: no analytics, no integrated checkout, no kitchen screen, Android app only.
Deliverect: the chain specialist. Advantages: good integrations, well implemented in chains. Disadvantages: no dispute management, complex pricing.
HubRise: technical middleware. Advantages: modular approach, high technical flexibility. Disadvantages: requires technical skills, no complete user interface.
Fooderise: the complete platform. Advantages: aggregation + POS + AI analytics + disputes + reviews + multi-franchise, transparent pricing, no commitment, native GDPR, French support. Disadvantages: newer platform, growing customer base.
The choice depends on your profile. If you are an international chain, Otter or Deliverect are solid options. If you are looking for human support, RusHour and its concierge service Boost’R deserve your attention. If you are an independent restaurant or a small chain in France and you are looking for an all-in-one platform without commitment, Fooderise offers an excellent price-to-functionality ratio.
Our advice: do not commit to 24 months with a solution that you haven’t been able to test in real conditions. Prefer platforms that display their prices and offer a trial without commitment.
