Apprenticeship: Mandatory. He must have a diploma or experience. He can only supervise a maximum of 2 apprentices.
An apprentice is there to LEARN. They are not a cheap helper. They have hours of lessons, they cannot do overtime without limits, and they are protected (contract termination difficult after 45 days).
