Optimize your restaurant profile on Deliveroo

Your Deliveroo profile is your digital storefront. It’s the first thing a customer sees before ordering. An optimized profile attracts more clicks and converts more visitors into orders.

The cover photo is the most visible element. Choose an appetizing photo of your signature dish, well-lit and framed. Avoid generic photos or montages. The cover should immediately make people want to discover your menu.

Your restaurant description should be concise and impactful. In 2-3 sentences, tell who you are, what differentiates you, and why a customer should order from you. Avoid generic descriptions like “Traditional Italian Restaurant.”

Tags and categories must be exact. If you make Thai cuisine, don’t categorize yourself as generic “Asian.” The more precise your tags are, the better the algorithm presents you to clients who are looking for exactly what you offer.

Regularly check that your information is up to date: hours, address, delivery area, estimated preparation time. Outdated information generates bad experiences and negative reviews.
