Optimize your menu for Uber Eats: the features to leverage

Uber Eats is the most used platform in France. Its algorithm and features have specificities that you need to know to maximize your performance.

Uber Eats’ “Popular Items” are featured on your restaurant’s page. Unlike Deliveroo, you can manually choose which dishes appear in this section.

Modifiers (customization options) are an underutilized mid-basket lever. Add paid options to each dish: size, supplement, side dish. The Uber Eats interface makes them very visible.

Uber Eats promotions come in several formats: percentage discount, free delivery, buy-one-get-one, minimum spend for a discount. Test different formats to find the most effective.

The “Analytics” tab on Uber Eats is rich in data. Check it weekly to track your ranking, preparation times, and the most (and least) popular dishes.

“Pending Reviews” in the dashboard show you the reviews you haven’t yet responded to. Aim for a 100% response rate. Uber Eats values restaurants that interact with their customers.
