Starbucks has launched Odyssey, its Web3 loyalty program. The customer “owns” their status.

An NFT “Founding Member” that entitles you to a free burger every month FOR LIFE. This NFT can be resold by the client if they move. The restaurant receives a commission on the resale.

It’s a way to finance the startup (selling membership cards before opening) and to create a invested community.
