Dual-client pagers: managing counter wait times

Don’t shout names in the room (“KEVIN!”). Calm the atmosphere.

Allows the client to wait outside or away from the counter without stress.

Hygiene: Remember to disinfect them every time you return. It’s an object touched by everyone.

Modern alternative: The text message “Your order is ready.” Less expensive (no equipment), but requires the mobile number (GDPR, input time).
