Without middleware, you must manually re-enter the Uber tablet command to your kitchen and accounting cash register. Errors + Time loss.
The middleware automatically injects the command. It also updates the stock (if a product is out of stock in the till, it disappears from Uber).
It synchronizes the menus. You change the price on the till, and it changes everywhere.
Cost: Monthly subscription (€50-100) + sometimes fees per order. Mandatory from 10-15 orders/day.
