Collection of personal data

- Contact form: when you send us a message via the Site's contact form, we collect your name, email address, the subject of your request and the content of your message.
- Newsletter / WhatsApp: if you join our WhatsApp channel FluxResto, your phone number is managed directly by WhatsApp (Meta Platforms) under their own terms of use. Fooderise does not have access to your phone number via the channel.
- Site browsing: we automatically collect certain technical data such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited and visit duration.
We never collect sensitive data (ethnic origin, political opinions, health data, sexual orientation, etc.) within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Use of data

Our personal data representative is responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable data protection regulations and handling all your requests relating to the exercise of your rights.
Data retention period
Your personal data is retained for a period proportionate to the purpose for which it was collected:
- Contact data: data from the contact form is retained for a maximum of 3 years from your last contact with us.
- Browsing data: technical data and analytical cookies are retained for a maximum of 13 months in accordance with data protection authority recommendations.
- Newsletter data: if you are subscribed to a newsletter, your data is retained until you unsubscribe, then archived for 3 years for consent proof purposes.
Upon expiry of these periods, your data is deleted or irreversibly anonymized.
