Questions about disputes

What happens if the dispute fails?
You only pay the €0.25 fixed fee per submitted file. The 5% commission only applies to amounts actually recovered. If nothing is recovered, the 5% does not apply.
How does the €50 cap work?
The fixed fees of €0.25 per dispute are accumulated over the month. Once the total reaches €50 (i.e. 200 disputes), fixed fees stop for the rest of the month. Only the 5% commission continues to apply on recovered amounts.
What exactly does the 5% apply to?
Only on amounts that Fooderise has actually had refunded in your favor by the platform. If a €25 dispute succeeds, Fooderise takes €1.25 (5% of €25) + €0.25 fixed fee = €1.50 total. You recover €23.50 net.
Is there a minimum commitment?
No. The dispute service has no commitment. You can activate or deactivate it at any time. It is included in the Pro (€49/month) and Business (€99/month) plans.
How long does a dispute take?
Fooderise automatically submits disputes within 24h of detection. Platform response time is 5 to 15 days. The average success rate is 60%.
Are the figures about major brands real?
The estimates are based on industry averages: 6-10% of orders suffer abusive refunds, with a 60% successful dispute rate when evidence is properly documented.
