Organize an Instagram contest that really works

The endowment must be attractive but relevant. Offering an iPhone attracts “contest-takers” who don’t care about your burger. Offering “1 year of burgers” attracts your true fans.

Simple mechanics: Like + Comment (tag 1 friend) + Follow the account. Do not ask to repost in stories (too much effort) or to fill out a form.

Collaborate. Hold a competition with another local brand. You win their subscribers, and they win yours.

Clearly announce the end date and draw method. Keep your promises.

After the competition: give a consolation prize to all the losers (e.g., a -10% discount code on DM). That’s where you turn participants into customers.
